1. Who is the Data Controller?
The data controller is me, Stella Giada Giudice, and I can be contacted through the appropriate online contact form.
2. What type of data do I process and how long do I keep it?
a) Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation and only for the duration of the connection, some data implicitly transmitted through the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified users but, by its very nature, could allow me to identify them through processing and association with data held by third parties.
b) Cookies
My website uses cookies or markers, which are technically packages of information sent by a web server to your browser, stored by the latter on your device (personal computer, tablet, mobile phone, etc.), and automatically sent back to the server upon each subsequent access. To know the types and purposes of cookies used by my website and to express your preferences regarding their use, you can consult the dedicated page of the cookie policy.
c) Data voluntarily provided by you
When I ask you to send your personal data (for example: name, surname, email address, phone number, city) to access certain services, or to make design inquiries and requests via email, I will process this data to respond to your request, or to provide you with the professional design service you requested in accordance with this privacy policy and the specific privacy disclosures provided when joining individual services.
The data will be kept for the time necessary to provide the requested service and to manage any potential contractual relationships or disputes.
I will communicate your personal data to third parties only if it is strictly necessary to comply with the requests of the users themselves (such as suppliers, specialized artisans, or collaborative layout partners necessary to fulfill a design project), as specified in the specific disclosures of individual services, or to simplify, at your request, registration operations on third-party applications.
I will not ask you for health data and, in general, special categories of personal data referred to in article 9 of the GDPR (sensitive, biometric, genetic data).
3. How is your data processed?
I process your data with the support of computer means, and it is protected through adequate security measures suitable to guarantee its confidentiality and integrity. All sensitive data, shared files, or platform access credentials, if strictly necessary for collaboration on design projects, are stored by me in an encrypted archive that only I can access. This archive is subjected to a series of very strict backup procedures on certified and encrypted space.
At the end of a design collaboration, I will delete all the private project accesses or temporary credentials in my possession, but some copies of the archive files might remain in some historical backup queues for data retention purposes.
I adopt very scrupulous organizational measures and technical protection tools (firewalls, antivirus, and other advanced technologies) appropriate to protect your data against loss, theft, as well as unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification.
4. What are the purposes and legal grounds for the processing?
I process your navigation data anonymously in order to monitor the technical operation and performance of the website, to understand how to improve the digital showcase of my work, and to make it evolve. This data is necessary to guarantee the delivery of the service.
I use the data mentioned in point 2.b for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check its correct functioning (it is therefore necessary to guarantee the delivery of the service), as well as to show advertisements, as better explained in the cookie policy.
When the services offered by the website are free and supported by advertisements, the legal basis of the processing is my legitimate interest expressly provided for by the GDPR.
Regarding the data mentioned in point 2.c, I invite you to read the specific disclosures of the individual services.
5. To whom can your data be communicated?
I may communicate your data to individuals, entities, or authorities in case of a legal obligation.
